In your e-mail, please include details such as, personalization, when you need the order, shipping details, and any questions you may have. When you email us your order, we will contact you with instructions for payment (check, money order) or how to make electronic payments (PayPal, Zelle), as well as postage costs.
We do numerous custom orders each year, let us know what you are looking for and we will create a one-of-a-kind ornament just for you.

Location of the personalization varies with each ornament. The names/dates are placed where they will look best on that specific ornament. We can write up to ten words; however, too many words can take away from the beauty of the design, especially if the art wraps around the entire ornament.
